There’s absolutely no doubt that overall health contributes to skin health. A healthy inside makes for a healthy great looking outside.

It my sound entirely obvious that if you stay healthy your skin stays healthy, but it’s something that, despite being obvious, so many women don’t think of. You need to do all the things you already know about staying healthy.

So all those things you read about your diet are important, like reducing salt and sugar intake, and eating lots of fresh vegetables and fruit for lots of anti oxidants. This is good for skin health and overall health. And it leads to a healthier heart which is also good for skin health.

Lots of exercise is important for good health, and good skin health.

Basically I’m telling you that you can’t look great with smooth glowing beautiful skin on a diet of burgers and pizza, with a walk to the fridge as your exercise for the day. Take care of you and you will take care of your skin.

3. Avoid the 2 worst things you can do to your skin.

There’s 2 factors that are huge in contributing to skin deterioration. Smoking and sunburn. Whatever you need to do just don’t do these. Both take a huge toll on your skin condition.

4. Use the best natural skin care products in the world.

It’s totally true, like you’ve probably heard, that many big name skin care products do little and cost way too much. But don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. Science really does know a lot about keeping skin healthy, and there are excellent and reasonably priced natural skin care products that really do work extremely well.
