Simply look for what it is that your body is missing, typically vitamin B, and then supplement with it regularly. This can be the key to overcoming anxiety and removing yourself from a lifetime of dangerous medication.
Another way of dealing with anxiety attacks is to find a proper coping mechanism. Don’t try to fight your way through the attack, you will only end up weakened and unable to put up with the next attack that comes your way. Instead of doing this, you should simply allow yourself to rise up on top of the panic and to overcome it in that way.
Remember, panic is not a disease, it is a symptom. If you’re experiencing panic attacks, your body is trying to tell you something. Once you are able to figure out exactly why you’re having the panic, you can deal with it successfully from the root.
